1. Orders may take up to 5 business days to ship. Overnight shipping is available at an additional fee, message to inquire.
2.  International shipping is available, message for an estimate! Please be aware of any national tariffs or fees upon delivery.
3. Please ask for additional photos or measurements before purchase.
4. Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. Please see the Authenticity Guarantee page linked below for more info.
5. Once shipped, USPS is responsible for packages. Package insurance and signed delivery is available for an additional fee. 
6.  Photographed charms are not included with purchase, but can be added on for an additional cost. Freebies are included with all orders!
